ESS Environmental has over 35 years of experience in asbestos inspections, bulk and air sampling, project monitoring and consulting.  We are fully trained, certified and ready to provide the following services for any and all of your asbestos issues.

1) Complete Building Inspections (Renovation and Demolition) following all Local, State and Federal Regulations.  Building Surveys consist of a complete visual inspection to identify any potential asbestos containing materials, (ACMs) thorough and complete collection and laboratory analysis of all possible ACMs, and a complete report of findings.

2) Project Monitoring (Renovation and Demolition)- Provide an assessment of known asbestos hazards and work together with an asbestos abatement contractor to safely and completely neutralize any and all asbestos issues. Duties performed in the course of project monitoring include, but are not limited to, air monitoring to ensure a safe working environment in and around the work area, review of all abatement contractor documentation prior to starting the abatement to ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards, and oversight of asbestos abatement contractor to ensure all asbestos abatement duties are performed in a safe manner and all industry regulations are followed during the course of the abatement.  Asbestos air clearance sampling (PCM and TEM) and a visual clearance are performed following completion of the project to ensure the asbestos hazard is no longer present and the containment is safe to remove.

3) Asbestos Consulting-  Provide complete Scope of Work documentation prior to the beginning of a project so the project is bid correctly the first time and change orders can be avoided.  Conduct pre-work job walks to ensure that all information relating to the asbestos hazard is communicated thoroughly to all present. We also provide 2 hour Asbestos Awareness Training Courses to your employees who may encounter asbestos hazards in their day to day work duties.  This training course includes all training materials and a Certificate of Completion.
